Music is a vital part of our program at Kingswood United Methodist Church.

ADULT CHOIR

The Adult Chancel Choir has rehearsal Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM, sing at the 11:00 AM Sunday Worship Service and at special services.

CHILDREN MUSIC

The Children's Music Department at Kingswood offers wonderful opportunities for children age’s 3 to 5th grade.

August through May, children are invited to a Wednesday night packed with fun. We start at 5:30 with Children's Handbells (grades 2-5). At 6:20 the Amazing Grace Children's Choir practices. We dismiss at 7:00.

Children sing at least one time each month during a morning worship service.

HANDBELL CHOIR

Handbell Choir offers a lot of fun too. There are handbell festivals that Kingswood proudly participates in and all the handbell players have a wonderful time. We currently have 2 handbell choirs: Children (grades 2-5) which meets on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm and Youth/Adult which meets at 4:00 pm on Sundays.

We also participate in summer camp at Blue Lake United Methodist Assembly near Andalusia, Alabama. Our children attend the Jesus J.A.M. (Jesus throught the Arts & Music) Camp in June.

We are real excited about singing and playing handbells at Kingswood.
